Tiivistelmä
The generally accepted policy argument currently reigns that the new products and services require upgraded skills levels in technology and in non-cognitive soft skills, and that learning at work is growing in importance (e.g. OECD 2018). Updating the skills needed in the contemporary and future working life takes place either at work or in educational institutions and increasingly outside of their realm, through new mechanisms of learning.
The paper will address the recent post-Covid-19 EU Commission agenda for learning and its connections to platform work.
