This study examines the implementation of Cameroon's official bilingualism language policy at the National School of Local Administration (NASLA). French-speaking and English-speaking participants were the target of the quantitative study. The overall number of participants collected for this research was 80, which were divided into 40 English-speaking participants and 40 French-speaking participants. Spolsky's model and Fraser's recognition theory were used to analyze the data. In the academic setting at NASLA, it was suggested to be bilingual, but French language is slightly predominant in the institutional setting.
