dc.description.abstractThe aim of the Healthy Lifestyles to Boost Sustainable Growth (STYLE) project is to find ways to increase the physical activity of people of different ages, so that the solutions promote both the use of active travel and businesses supporting an active lifestyle. In the spring of 2021, Finland Futures Research Centre held two workshops utilising the Mental Time Travel method. The workshops were organised as a mental time travel to the 2030s, to a Finland promoting physical activity, where the focus was on reflect on the business opportunities emerging from the promotion of everyday physical activity. From the results, a futures image of a physical-activity-promoting ecosystem was created.-
