| dc.description.abstract | <p> A region of the mitochondrial gene nad1 was sequenced for species identification of entomopathogenic anamorphic ascomycetes of the genus <em>Lecanicillium</em> (former complex species <em>Verticillium lecanii</em> Zimm.Viegas). The analysis of the sequences obtained for thirteen isolates showed their attribution to the species <em>Lecanicillium muscarium</em> and presence of four molecular haplotypes. Further differentiation of the strains within one haplotype is possible basing upon comparison the patterns, produced by RAPD- and UP-PCR.</p> | |
